The Print Room’s sumptuous surroundings make it the perfect place to host a wedding, also having the flexibility as a venue to host any party or special occasion.
Nestled in Bournemouth’s town centre, close to the pier and the picturesque Bournemouth Beach, the Print Room is set within the original 1920’s Dorset Echo Office Building. The impressive high ceilings, black and white art-deco floor and stunning chandeliers provide an idyllic setting for any glamorous event.
Comprising of two function suites, the main dining hall has built in sound systems, radio microphones and broadband, along with large audio visual screen. There are two licensed bars in the building, The Ink bar and Print Room bar. Each bar can be hired individually, or alternatively the entire building can be hired exclusively for the whole day, part day or evening only.
The space is available to accommodate up to 400 guests for a wedding banquet and/or drinks reception. We understand that for you and your family this is your most important day and we focus all our energies solely on giving you the attention you deserve. We deliver a quality bespoke, seamless service from your first enquiry to the moment your guests wave you goodbye as you set off into your new life together.
World class chefs can tailor menus to your individual needs, providing you with an array of mouthwatering food choices. The venue will work with you to ensure the wedding menu is to your chosen requirements and all genres of food are catered for. There is also a private dining room adjacent to the main hall that has a maximum capacity of twenty-two people and is ideal area for children to be entertained.
The Print Room has space for a dance floor and room for brides who wish to have a band or DJ, and the long bar in the main hall is perfect for your guests to enjoy anything from Perrier Jouet to fine malt whiskeys.
